Smile CDR 2023.11.R01

  • Adds Camel processors for each message transformation step of the HL7 v2.x listening endpoint module

  • New CDA Pointcuts: CDA_PRE_IMPORT, CDA_POST_IMPORT, and CDA_POST_EXPORT. These pointcuts allow you to inspect and modify documents as they are imported and/or exported.

  • Docker image now includes arm64 support

  • The Transaction Log is now fully documented on the website so you can see what it contains

  • A new setting "property-secure-application-context-for-customer-provided-beans" has been added to all modules which permit custom Interceptors or Contexts.

  • Added new Cluster Manager configuration parameter reload_scripts_on_save (default false). When enabled, saving module configuration via the Web Admin Console or the Admin JSON endpoint, will trigger script reload.

  • New Endpoint to show list of MDM algorithms

  • Basic Auth added to HL7 v2.x Listening Endpoint

  • New option that disables storing resource version history

  • Add linting for JavaScript configuration properties

HAPI FHIR 6.10.0

  • Added registries for CdsCrServices and CrDiscoveryServices in CDS Hooks to allow registration of custom services

  • New API to configure permission rules

  • New option in JpaStorageOptions to prevent the server from maintaining a version history

  • Can now search on multiple patient_ids

  • Now supports _language SearchParameter

  • New endpoint to return MDM metrics

  • Added support for CDS on FHIR to CDS Hooks

Clinical Reasoning

  • PA/CDS: Added support for Clinical Reasoning CDS on FHIR for CDS Hooks-

    • The innovative functionality added eliminates the need for developers to manually code new CDS Hooks services between CDR releases.

    • Empowers the non-technical users to effortlessly create, deploy, and manage new services on-the-fly, all without causing system downtime.

appSphere

  • Partition descriptions available in appSphere and server metadata to enable more detailed descriptions of the partitions for third-party developers

  • Password reset and email change support for third party developers for added convenience

  • Retrieve app registration data via an interceptor to support the use of non-appSphere galleries
