- Introduction of a new admin console interface, enhancing user experience.

- Enhanced settings that allow admins to disable specific functionalities to streamline operations.
- Added TLS Mutual Auth authentication for HL7 v2.x outbound.
- Outbound messages sent using HL7 over HTTP were not correctly UTF-8 encoded.
- Added support for ADT^A10 (patient arriving) messages.
- PV1 and PV2 segments are now processed for ADT^A60 (Allergy Assessment).
- ADT^A17 messages (bed swap) now process the PID, PV1, PD1, PV2, and OBX segments for the second patient/visit and not only the first.
- Demo the new OTEL collector app and discuss its significance.
- Removed the charts from WAC in favour of OTEL.
- Database connection pool metrics are now exported by OTEL.

- Consent services enabled on FHIR Storage modules did not block the resource counts even if resources had been filtered.
- Audit log can now be searched by resource ID to find audit entries relating to an individual resource.
- Remote terminology services can now be authenticated using SMART Backend Services authentication over secure channel (TLS).
- 2FA login issues fixed with SMART Outbound Security module when a non-default context path was being used.
- A CSRF failure caused resource create operations to fail.
- Debezium mode in Realtime Export has been removed.
- FHIR Response Terminology Enhancement is now applied to $summary operation generating an IPS document.
- When performing an Expunge Everything operation, the server history collection was dropped leaving the server unusable.
- The _history operation performed slowly due to a missing index which has been added.
- Previously, megascale documentation indicated that only REQUEST_TENANT mode was supported, but this was not enforced. This is now enforced.
- When iterating over entries in a bundle, it was not easily possible to determine the resource type of the resource entries.
- The JavaScript XML manipulation API can now remove elements from XML documents.
- When triggering `$mdm-submit` manually, MDM module now respects the broker partition assigned by the MDM Partition Key Generator script.
- The CDA Exchange+ module now supports the Encounter Diagnosis profile in the USCDI v2 IG.
- A transaction log entry is now written for failed CDA import operations.
- A new CDA troubleshooting log has been added with details about the conversion process.
- Full Text Search Improvements: Enhanced capabilities in using the _text parameter for more specific searches.
- Index Optimization: Cleanup of several unused Lucene/ElasticSearch indexes for improved performance.
- Two new interceptor pointcuts have been added for modifying/enhancing client details on registration and re-registration.
